I am a 'self-taught' freelance web designer and online business consultant with a passion for helping others become freelancers and have more freedom.

The main aim of SWD is to:

- Help you advance your career if you prefer to work for someone.

- Launch and grow your freelancing business on the side and to do it full-time.

- Earn more and to work smarter.

I’m not a fan of talking about myself, but it’s important that you know more about your 'host' now that you are here.

Here are some brief highlights:

- I’ve worked in various sectors ranging from Retail, Accounting, IT,
eCommerce and others.
- I have an amazing wife :)
- I love helping others create new lives for themselves.
- I don't have any 'formal education' and I dropped out of high school.
- I currently work on my own online ventures as well as client work.

All these things have influenced me and shaped me into who I am today.

If I let my environment and surroundings determine who I would turn out to be in my future, I would never have been able to become independent, marry my wife in my early 20's or utilize the business skills that I have acquired over the years to create success for others and for myself.

What’s more important is not the ‘formal’ studies, but rather the ‘informal’ studies I’ve learned by doing, and by ‘stealing’ from others.
